Nutrition and Weight Management: I ask you to keep a food diary of everything you eat and drink during a five day period including when you ate or drank and quantities. This can be analised to look at your average fat, carbohydrate and protein consumtion which then allows us to look at workable ways of changing your eating habits to make you healthier and happier.
The end result does not necessarily have to be weight loss. It can be increased levels of energy or feeling better emotionally. We so frequently turn to medication when the help you need may simply be right under your nose in your kitchen!
Lifestyle mapping: Charting out your current lifestyle and comparing with your ideal lifestyle. Using visualisation and abundance techniques to enhance positive energy flow and bring your closer or to you ideal lifestyle.
Life Balance listing: Listing current area's for improvement, issues which hold you back and brainstorming on ways that you can take that challenge to resolve those issues, focus on positive thinking and allow yourself to be happy and content.
