I've been working in the health and fitness industry since Feb 2001 and have the following qualifications:

  • YMCA Personal Trainer (includes Gym Instructor, Advanced Fitness and Gym Instructor, Nutrition and Weight Management, Sports Conditiong, Life Style and Fitness Assessment)

  • Completion of Kettle Bell Course via CrossFit U.K

My Experience:

Prior to becoming a fitness instructor I trained in various styles of dance such as Indian Dance, Five Elements Dance, Soca, Salsa. I also set up and ran a company basketball team and became a regular runner (5-10k races). Since becoming an instructor I have trained in Belly Dance and pursued my Personal Trainer qualification. In 2002 I started running Relax and Pamper breaks in the West Country where we help people to relax and escape from the bustle of every day life with complimentary therapies, dance, yoga, stretch and relaxation classes, organic home cooked healthy food and guided walks. I believe the key to be happy and healthy is a good life balance which is why I combine the more scientific fitness with holistic help and practical lifestyle guidance.
