About us:

A lot of people say 'they ought to or should' go to the gym or do exercise. We believe being fit and healthy doesn't have to be a chore and should be fun, relaxing and enjoyable. It doesn't really matter what type of activity you do as long as it is safe, effective and most importantly it is something you would want to it do.

Healthy food is often seen as boring and tasteless and with the pace of life being so fast it's often hard to fit in good eating and activity. However we don't think it is impossible and with a few tweaks to your lifestyle we are sure we can help you eat better even if you have a busy lifestyle. This in turn will help sustain your energy levels leaving you able to feel great in body and mind and cope better with everyday life.

Alison Beadle is a REPS level 3 registered fitness professional with the following qualifications:

  • YMCA Pre/Post Natal Fitness
  • YMCA Personal Trainer (inc Sports Conditioning, Nutrition & Weight Management, Lifestyle Assesment, Advanced Gym Instructor).
  • Speedo shallow aqua certification
  • Body Pump
  • Body Balance
  • YMCA Exercise to Music

She has also attended the following training courses:

  • Crossfit Kettle Bell Workshop
  • YMCA Supple Strength
  • Urban Funk
  • Regular Body Pump and Bodybalance quarterlys and education sessions.
  • Reiki Levels 1 & 2
  • Manifesting abundance workshop
  • Emotional Resistance Release workshop

 

SID BETTY is a REPS registered level 3 fitness profession with the following qualifications:

  • YMCA Personal Trainer which (Nutrition & Weight Management, Training in different Environments, Lifestyle Assesment, Advanced Resistance and Cardiovascular Programming)
  • Crossfit workshops on Rings, Olympic lifting, Kettle Bells
  • LKB Academy Certified Kettle Bell Instructor
