There are many urban myths surrounding exercise and pregnancy which can leave you feeling nervous about exercising and making you less likely to exercise which is one of the worst things you can do if you are in a normal, low risk pregnancy.

Your body is an awesome thing and does truely amazing things during pregancy and birth, but it is important to give it a helping hand, fully prepare to give yourself, and your baby, the best possible birth and post birth recovery. You wouldn't run a marathon without preparing for it...
