Eating well and doing regular activity ot exercise is a good start to looking after yourself and can certainly help to keep you in good health but we do need to look after our mental health too. It doesn't need to be expensive and complicated. In fact it can be as simple as just setting aside some quality YOU time where you can relax...read a book, go for a walk, etc...

This month I have teamed up with a couple of Reiki colleagues to offer a double therapist Reiki session which is great if you are short of time as half hour Reiki session with two therapists is the equivalent of a full hour with one.
