Having worked as a fitness instructor, run relax and pamper breaks for 4 years and spent the last year studying advanced Gym Instruction in Resistance Work and Cardio Vascular Fitness, Lifestyle Assessment, Nutrition and Weight Management, and Sports Conditioning, I am able to offer a wide selection of services ranging from 1:1 personal training, nutrition and lifestyle workshops, to group dance sessions for a hen days, staff wellbeing days and choreography work for events and shows.
