Hi, we are looking for 4-6 men or women who are looking to lean out, get strong, and improve their health, fitness and appearance, that live in in the Dulwich/Forest Hill area and are free to train during school hours.  We will shortly be starting a new “6 Week FIT and LEAN Body Transformation Program" and have a few spots to left to fill.


We are after people who want to:

  • Improve their body shape and function.
  • Lose a few excess pounds and inches.
  • Get back into those tight jeans – comfortably.
  • Shred body fat and reveal muscle they never knew they had.
  • Build confidence in yourself through a commitment to fitness.
  • Enhance their wellbeing, inside and out through improved nutrition.

Program includes:

2 personal or small group sessions with one of our Personal Trainers 

1 cardio flex session group session with our specialist trainer

At home workouts to do in your own time

Full nutrition and dietary support and coaching


NB: You should be ready to work hard and commit to a paid regular training programme and improving your daily nutrition habits as you will be challenged in both these areas
